FWR Coating (NE) Ltd has an exemplary safety record and are fully committed to ensuring all our contracts are carried out within the guidelines of the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974.

Our quotations allow for all necessary safety equipment and training to carry out the task in hand. All FWR employees consider the safety of themselves and others around them to be number one Priority

All FWR employees carry a CSCS card which has to be renewed every 5 years. Additionally all FWR site foremen have a CITB SSST Certificate which is Site Supervisors Safety Training certificate which involves a two day training course and gives added insight into running a site safely as far as health and safety duties and responsibilities are concerned.

All FWR Employees also hold asbestos awareness certificates as in the construction industry asbestos is uncovered more regularly and needs to be dealt with appropriately.

Our safety procedures are constantly reviewed and discussed by out safety officer with all our staff and workforce.

Training

All FWR employees have been trained by the manufacturer in the application of their materials and the use of any tools required in the preparation or application as specified by the manufacturer.

If access is required using either a Scissor-list or Cherry-picker FWR has employees who are trained in the usage of these machines and hold IPAF powered access licenses.

Similarly if access is required using aluminium towers FWR has employees who have PASMA aluminium tower erection certificates.

Clients can be assured that all FWR Coatings (NE) Ltd operatives are fully trained and experienced at working at height.
